APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:

If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us as early as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: No charge.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: 50% of the service cost will be charged.

• Rescheduling an appointment: Rescheduling automatically cancels your original appointment.

  • If rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance: No fee.

  • If rescheduled within 48 hours: The 50% fee applies.
